Summertime Eats || Just Wrap It!
Not sure about you, but when it is hot outside. I don't have much of an appetite to eat heavy things. Give me light, fresh, and clean eating!
My go-to food in the summer also needs to be easy and quick to grab. I don't like to turn my oven on or have to prep big meals, so I have been trying to create easy meals that are healthy and quick. One of my favorite go-to's are wraps. Even my daughter loves them packed with veggies.
The wrap below has lettuce, deli meat, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, avocado, cheese, and tomato drizzled lightly with dressing. It is OH so much and fresh! Plus, there are so many healthy options for tortilla wraps from gluten free to veggie wraps. If you're not a tortilla fan, wrap your wrap in lettuce!
So next time you're packing lunches for the beach, an outing, or just regular day, try lunch in a wrap!
